Notice about your request (version 1)

Why. CynorSense Solutions Private Limited uses what you send us to verify your work email, create or record your early-access request for DPDP Star, and write to you about your account (section 7(a) of the DPDP Act, 2023).

What. Your business name, work email, sector and size, and, if you add them, your website and your Data Protection Officer’s email.

How long. Pending unverified requests are deleted after 7 days; verified early-access enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted unless converted into an active account.

Your rights. You can ask for a summary of your data, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw your request, or nominate someone under sections 11 to 14 of the Act. Write to [email protected]; we answer grievances as quickly as we can, and always within 90 days (Rule 14(3) of the DPDP Rules, 2025). Full details are in the privacy notice.
